A Long Island native, Carol Leifer is an Emmy-nominated writer for Seinfeld, The Larry Sanders Show and Saturday Night Live. She is also an accomplished stand up comedian, having appeared on The Tonight Show countless times and Late Night with David Letterman. Carol has written and starred in five of her own cable specials on Showtime and Comedy Central. She has also recently appeared on The Oprah Winfrey show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The View .
