Outdoor lighting designers create long-term focus for innovation and environmental consciousness

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, America's largest full service architectural and landscape lighting franchise company, last week reaffirmed it's pledge to focus on eco-friendly technologies and outdoor lighting designs that are sensitive to the environment.

At the annual meeting of the outdoor lighting company's Franchise Advisory Council in Richmond, Virginia, last week, the seven-member outdoor lighting leadership team discussed long-term strategies to remain the outdoor lights category leader for both home and business.

Purposely scheduled to coincide with the celebration of Earth Day, outdoor lighting thought leaders and designers participated in the three-day event. In attendance were Amy Dowling, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Long Island, NY; Clay Johnston, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Richmond, Roanoke and Charlottesville, VA; Marlin Bennetch, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Birmingham, AL; Patrick Harders, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Virginia, VA; Scott Edge, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Greenville, SC; Staci Wells, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of San Antonio, TX and Tim Charrier, Outdoor Lighting Perspective of New Orleans, LA.

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of low-wattage lighting systems for aesthetics and security that focus on illumination effects, and not the light source. This thoughtful approach to exterior lighting guides its more than 75 worldwide locations in creating applications of low voltage lighting that enhances extended nighttime leisure hours outdoors. An important part of Outdoor Living Brands, a multi-concept franchise company focused on products and services for outdoor lifestyles, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives celebrates 19 years in business this spring.
