Community-based voice broadcasting service Phonevite expands its outreach program to provide FREE swine flu-related emergency notifications to schools, churches, government agencies and other community organizations across North America.

We already offer a free service that allows community leaders to contact up to 25 people at a time, but we are temporarily upgrading this free outreach to allow schools, churches, government agencies and other community organizations, of ALL sizes, to broadcast time-critical phone notifications during this time of global crisis

With the pandemic rise of swine flu, and the worries and panic associated with such outbreaks, it is important that community members stay closely informed of the most recent developments. For this reason, Phonevite is expanding its outreach program to allow community organizations across North America to send emergency alerts and updates for free for a limited time.

"We already offer a free service that allows community leaders to contact up to 25 people at a time, but we are temporarily upgrading this free outreach to allow schools, churches, government agencies and other community organizations, of ALL sizes, to broadcast time-critical phone notifications during this time of global crisis," explained John Nahm, Co-Founder of Phonevite.

For organizations and groups of less than 100 people, their respective leaders can simply sign up and use Phonevite's already existing free service. For larger organizations, leaders should contact Phonevite via email to support (at) phonevite (dot) com or telephone at 408.946.9700 and describe the community need - Please include the name, address and web site of the organization, and the number of members/constituents that need to be reached. Phonevite will then assist the organization.

"We understand that it is challenging to go through a budgetary approval process during a time of emergency, and we will do our best to help all the organizations that ask us for assistance," said Nahm.
