The fully flash based web site is more than a simple informational presence; designed with a hidden storyline that reside in underlying layers of the site, each scene is based on a specific time of day and is associated with a corresponding destination. Short poems and digital mattes tell the story of an isolated population whom through tragedy rise to the challenge, embark on a journey, form new colonies and effectively adapt to their new surroundings.
The Creation:
Every graphical element was fully designed and created from the ground-up and composite in various software programs then further enhanced in Adobe Flash. The site also utilizes heavy use of ActionScript, PHP, MySQL, and XML technologies with a full Content Management System and administrative functionality behind the scenes.
