New Hankie Blog is Very Handy
Starting in the summer of 2008, HankiesByBarb.com is one of the best web ventures for personalized handkerchiefs. Recently, the site's founder started a new coordinating blog that addresses the prudent and fashion-related attributes of the hankie.

A website that specializes in personalized handkerchiefs is www.HankiesByBarb.com. Originally personalizing hankies for her family, site owner, Barbara Marquette, had a warm enough reception to urge her to start her own business.
"I do all the embroidery and design on the handkerchiefs," said Marquette.
Launching the site back in June of 2008, Marquette took her personalized hankies online and it quickly became popular among internet users who seek the sophistication and convenience of handkerchiefs.
Marquette is currently adding eight more designs and plans on adding additional ones as the website goes along.
"It's wedding season right now and we have a great line of bridal handkerchiefs and the designs definitely stand out on their own," she said. "These are both fashionable and elegant."
In keeping with promoting the necessity of hankies, Marquette has also started a new blog in run in conjunction with her website.
The blog, www.CustomEmbroideryGuru.com, addresses the proper uses of a handkerchief, as well as its versatile uses.
"These can really be used by anyone, man, woman, or child," said Marquette. "The blog talks about that, and how it can be used with different outfits or handbags. There is a bit of an art to matching the right handkerchiefs with the right outfits."
HankiesByBarb.com is bringing back into the collective American psyche how an understated piece of cloth, with a bit of creativity and gumption, can really brighten up an outfit.
