Connecticut Tax Credits Supports TeleversemediaTV Productions

Bob Dorfman, president of Dorfman Capital announces the completion of a 30% Connecticut film tax credit sale to Televersemedia regarding two of their latest television programs. The Emmy award nominated "The Greatest Game Ever Played", which aired on ESPN in December 2008, is an updated version of the famous 1958 NFL Championship game between the Baltimore Colts and the New York Giants.

Stamford, CT (PRWEB) May 1, 2009 -- Bob Dorfman, president of Dorfman Capital announces the completion of a 30% Connecticut film tax credit sale to Televersemedia regarding two of their latest television programs. The Emmy award nominated "The Greatest Game Ever Played", which aired on ESPN in December 2008, is an updated version of the famous 1958 NFL Championship game between the Baltimore Colts and the New York Giants.

The show includes original black and white footage restored and colorized, authentic radio calls and interview pairings with players from both teams past and present. Match ups include: Frank Gifford and Gino Marchetti with Tom Coughlin, Art Donovan with Michael Strahan, Raymond Berry with Tony Dungy and Pat Summerall with Adam Vinatieri. "Throwdown Fishing", which aired on Travel Channel in March 2009, is an hour-long docu-reality look into the world of competitive big game fishing with renowned Miami tournament fisherman Matt Tambor. Viewers follow two opposing teams off the shores of Bimini, Bahamas, as they duel amidst the high seas to score points and bragging rights on their quest for the ultimate catch.

About the Connecticut Film Tax Credit
Producers and filmmakers, who spend at least $50,000 on production costs in the state of Connecticut, are eligible for a tax credit equal to thirty percent of their expenses.
