All Inclusive Holidays Brochure Is First For Hayes & Jarvis
A boom in All Inclusive package holidays has led the long haul specialist Hayes & Jarvis to launch its first ever brochure focusing exclusively on the sector.
London, England (PRWEB) May 2, 2009 -- A boom in All Inclusive package holidays has led the long haul specialist Hayes & Jarvis to launch its first ever brochure focusing exclusively on the sector. Covering 16 destinations worldwide, the All Inclusive Collection brochure is unusual in that Hayes & Jarvis is featuring a range of upmarket resorts more commonly associated with the offer of room only or bed and breakfast accommodation.
Niel Alobaidi, Hayes & Jarvis Head of Commercial says that changing trends in the marketplace this year are behind the decision to launch a dedicated brochure - and at the same time broaden the focus beyond destinations in the Caribbean that have historically been the main driver of All Inclusive bookings.
"Although the Caribbean still accounts for nearly one third of the All Inclusive packages booked through Hayes & Jarvis, the biggest proportional growth in business for the year to date has come from the Indian Ocean, where the Maldives, Mauritius and Sri Lanka now contribute over 40 per cent of all AI bookings," he explained.
"We have also seen significant increases for All Inclusive holidays in Kenya and Tanzania for the first quarter of 2009 compared with the same period last year, and we expect the Far East to contribute more in the coming months as well," said Niel Alobaidi.
While All Inclusive holiday bookings have grown Hayes & Jarvis' business in the early months of 2009 - resulting in an increase of over seven per cent in their share of overall bookings - holiday packages on a room-only basis have seen the largest proportional drop off.
Niel Alobaidi says that this shows clearly where holidaymakers' priorities lie. "While there is still strong demand for long haul trips, the underlying message we are hearing is that customers want to exercise a stronger control over their spending budget. Booking an all inclusive holiday provides them with the reassurance of knowing up front what their holiday will actually cost," he said.
With this in mind Hayes & Jarvis has focused its attention in the new brochure on offering a wide range of resorts suited to both family holidays and couples looking for great value packages and is using its established Unmistakable Value platform to communicate the value for money available to early bookers and clients who can travel at times of less demand.
With 64 resorts available overall, Hayes & Jarvis is offering a competitive lead price of £699 per person for a seven-night all inclusive holiday at a four-star hotel in Cuba. This is first time the operator has featured the destination and it is also offering a five star all inclusive option (Paradisus Princesa Del Mar) from £969 per person - one of 15 worldwide that come in at under the £1,000 mark.
In addition to the competitive lead prices, Hayes & Jarvis is also offering a range of early booking incentives of the type used previously in its Unmistakable Value brochures, allowing customers to make savings of up to £700 on selected hotels.
The operator is also keen to point out that its programme based exclusively on scheduled flights, means that customers have the flexibility to determine the holiday duration that most suits them - a factor that differentiates Hayes & Jarvis All Inclusive packages from the charter-based offers made by many operators. And while the brochure is devoted to beach resorts, the All Inclusive hotels can still be combined with safaris (Kenya or Tanzania safari combined with Mombasa or Zanzibar beach holiday), tours (Sri Lanka heritage tour and beach stay) or as part of a multi centre package, providing customers with ultimate flexibility.
In addition to offering Caribbean All Inclusive packages at Rex Resort, Beaches and Sandals as well as at Almond Resorts where KIDS STAY FREE in May, July and August, Hayes & Jarvis has upped the game by offering luxury for less not just in the Caribbean but in the Indian Ocean. On Mauritius four and five star All Inclusive packages at resorts like Paradise Cove, Tamassa and Le Meridien Ile Maurice are expected to draw bookings from couples looking for the best possible honeymoon package.
Bali, Thailand's Krabi and Zanzibar are among the other destinations with which Hayes & Jarvis hopes to attract British holidaymakers looking for a top value All Inclusive deal with a more exclusive tag.
The Hayes & Jarvis All Inclusive Collection is valid for bookings from May 2009 until September 2010. Prices start from £699 per person for a seven night All Inclusive package at the four-star Iberostar Tainos, Cuba including return flights and transfers.
