Childcraft Radio Goes Live Powered by BAM Radio Network
Another School Specialty Company to Offer Body, Mind and Child
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 2, 2009 -- Today, the BAM Radio Network (BRN), a joint project of Moving & Learning and Jackstreet Media, announced the launch of Childcraft Radio. The program is a value-added service of Childcraft, a School Specialty Early Childhood brand.
The new channel is featured on the Childcraft site, accessed from http://www.schoolspecialty.com, and will nanocast BRN's premier program, "Body, Mind and Child" (www.bodymindandchild.com), hosted by Rae Pica, a 30-year veteran in the field of early childhood education. The program offers insightful discussions with the nation's leading child development experts on the science and art of creating a joyful, playful environment that promotes learning and development.
"Childcraft Radio is one example of the exciting new additions customers will be seeing on our website as we enhance opportunities for them to learn about Early Childhood best practices, build a social network and find outstanding products and services able to best serve their needs," said Michelle Baugh, Early Elementary Market Manager, School Specialty.
"School Specialty and Childcraft are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential, as is 'Body, Mind and Child.' That makes Childcraft Radio a great fit and a valuable resource for Childcraft's customers and online community," said Rae Pica. "I'm pleased to welcome them to the network."

About BAM Radio Network
The BAM Radio Network was originally launched to address the severe imbalance in parenting practices caused by the "commercialization of parenting" and the emphasis on intellectual development that excludes the critical role of physical education. Created by leading early childhood experts, the programming has expanded to include diverse voices and insights from the leading experts in the field of early childhood development and the education of youth. The network is a joint venture between New Hampshire-based Moving & Learning and Los Angeles-based Jackstreet Media Ventures LLC. The programming is produced by Emmy-winning broadcaster Errol Smith and distributed through the Affiliate Nanocasting Network.
