New Outdoors Website Tells the Competition to 'Take a Hike'

Upstart website, CampGear2Go.com, has a selection that can't be beat by many stores and the experience behind it is just as imperative. Recently, the site's founder sat down to talk about her love of camping, the new site and blog and why exactly sporting goods stores aren't the best places to buy camp gear.

Bradford, TN (PRWEB) May 2, 2009 -- Like many Americans, Angela Duschl is a huge fan of the outdoors. "We love to go camping, fishing, hiking - anything that is outdoors," she said. Combining her love of nature with her desire to start her own business, Duschl - along with her husband, John -started www.CampGear2Go.com, a website that specializes in camping equipment.

Launching in March 2009, the new website is a testament to Duschl's well versed knowledge of the outdoors culture, which is particularly notable since the website has a selection that many sporting goods stores wouldn't even have the room for.

I do think that our experience gives us a major leg up

As summer, which is prime camping season, edges closer to the calendar, Duschl is hopeful that people will see her experiences as a longtime camper to be far more reliable than a 15 year old kid whose only knowledge of camping comes from a corporate-issued handbook.

"I do think that our experience gives us a major leg up," she said.
