Entering the contest is simple. Contestants 18 years of age or older can click on http://www.smiledogmillionaire.com, enter contact info, and answer (4) questions relating to why they want or need a smile makeover by May 31, 2009, and they’re entered to win the grand prize of up to $30,000 in restorative and cosmetic dentistry (including crowns, bridges, and veneers). That’s about 1.5 million Rupees in Drs. Patel’s native India.

That’s $250 worth of free dental assessment per patient. All who enter will receive $500 off any dental procedures done within 30 days of an awards reception for all entrants, scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2009.
