Ronald Zürcher's architecture has created distinctive spaces across Central America, Costa Rica in particular. From residential homes, to some of the biggest resort names in the world, his signature style stands out as a hallmark of natural materials, sweeping shapes and exquisite finishes.

Bamboo and natural stone are widely featured in his pieces, as are his unique domed tile roofs, flaring over their structures in mimicry of the conch shells that line the coastal waters. Finishes include intricate woodwork and precisely integrated natural materials such as brickwork, paired with glass and steel. His structures carefully balance old world sensibilities with clean modern elements, creating a unique ambience.

Mr Zürcher's work blends artful geometry with a keen sense of movement and function. His designs are intensely purposeful, capturing natural light and incorporating outdoor features into interior spaces, whose upward flow convey a sense of reverence and serenity.

The Zürcher name has appeared on such iconic brands as the Four Seasons resort on Costa Rica's Peninsula Papagayo, the JW Marriott in Guanacaste, the Hilton Papagayo, Mariott Los Sueños, and many more.

The Andromeda Country Club is Pedasí's first big development. Slated to begin construction this year, it promises an elegant seaside lifestyle amidst the vibrant culture and natural beauty of the Azuero Peninsula.
