International Concierge & Errand Association Creates Concierge Certification Program

ICEA has launched their certification program with their first class of concierge specialists who, once they have met a stringent list of requirements, will be given the designation of Certified Concierge Specialist. CCS's will serve as role models for future errand and concierge business owners.
