Sunnyvale, CA (PRWEB) May 11, 2009 -- Cirago International is proud to launch the Cirago Multimedia Center CMC 1000 series - a compact and sleek device that can record live TV, store and play photos, videos and music and also stream media files from a wired or wireless network.

The Multimedia Center plays a variety of video, photo and music formats, allowing for the consolidation of photos, videos and music on to one device which can be accessed from a television. HD videos up to 720p or 1080i can be played from the Multimedia Center.

The CMC 1000 series records live TV shows with the touch of a button, and can even schedule future recordings. With different recording modes from HQ to SLP, it can record up to 1400 hours of video on the 1TB model. The time shift feature enables pausing and rewinding of live TV. The recording feature also enables easy and free back up and digitization of analog media such as VHS or Hi8 tapes.

The Multimedia Center can connect to a home network through a wired or wireless internet connection, providing easy access to any media files on the network, right from your living room TV. A wireless USB adapter is conveniently included for wireless connection.

A USB port and memory card reader is also built in for easy access of pictures, videos and music from external storage devices. Files can also be copied between the Multimedia Center and any external storage device or network without the need of a computer.

Patrick Lo, President of Cirago International said "We can finally clear the clutter in our living room entertainment centers! No longer is there the need for having one device that can record TV, another that stores files, and another that can stream them to your TV. The Cirago Multimedia Center combines those three key features into one console. We incorporated a lot of features into this product, made it easy to use, and priced it below similar products. With no subscription fees and a free wireless adapter, the Cirago Multimedia Center delivers a comprehensive multimedia experience at an affordable price."

Availability and Pricing
The Cirago Multimedia Center is available now and can be found in major retail and online stores. The 500GB model will retail for $189.99 and the 1TB model will retail for $249.99.
