Compact High-Speed Tablet Packager Now Available through Swisslog

ATP-71 packager offers advantages over antiquated tabletop packagers in the hospital pharmacy.

The ATP-71 can accommodate up to 71 canisters in a small footprint (31.5 inches wide x 29.6 inches deep) while offering 100% bar coding for oral solids through a universal feeder.

The packager can handle both unit dose bar codes and box replenishment, making this system both an adaptable and productive partner for any hospital pharmacy. The unit has a packaging speed of up to 60 packages per minute. An external tray is available for the system's non-formulary medications. With the ability to network multiple devices, the ATP-71 offers redundancy as well as high speed dispensing.

Unlike carousels, BoxPicker has single-opening/loading drawers for secure access, no exposed moving parts for user safety and a picking rate that is far faster than carousels. BoxPicker offers total inventory control software that directly interfaces with hospital information systems.
