Waterville Valley, NH (PRWEB) May 11, 2009 -- Waterville Valley Resort's 11th Annual Chili Challenge will be held at noon, Sunday May 24 in Town Square. Waterville Valley Resort restaurants will compete for the title of the best chili around. Visitors will pay a small fee to sample all of the entries and be given a chance to vote for their favorites. Fun for the entire family: kids carnival rides, crazy balloon twisting and close-up magic, face painting… and prepare to sweat in the hottest chili pepper eating contest. Free outdoor concert accompanies the cook-off.
Special travel packages for the Chili Challenge include Saturday and Sunday night stays, tickets to the 11th Annual Chili Challenge, $50 in Town Square Bucks, and Summer Unlimited activities. Prices start at $37 per person per night based on quad-occupancy. Visitors should ask about special prices for adding a night when they make their reservations.
The Waterville Valley Summer Unlimited package includes boating, mountain biking, tennis, golf, bike rentals, access to the White Mountain Athletic Club, use of the Waterville Valley shuttle, a scenic chair lift ride up Snow's Mountain, and access to the Waterville Valley Recreation's open gym program.
