The presentation entitled, "Using Innovative Public-Private Partnerships to Drive Health Information Technology" will provide an overview of how states are partnering with the private sector to drive the adoption of health information technology; a review of how states are using stimulus dollars to foster health information exchange; and insight into how to work with the states to improve health care.

"We want to be leaders in driving the adoption of health information technology, and we have worked with private- and public-sector leaders to empower providers and patients with their health care data," Secretary Holly Benson said.
