Arthur Bernier a native New Englander was raised in Lexington, Massachusetts. He lived for many years in the seacoast community of Gloucester, on the North Shore of Boston. Living in Vermont for the last fifteen years provides a rich combination of inspiring natural beauty and culture. He winters on the west coast of Florida where he learned to fly. Mr. Bernier served in the United States Coast Guard for four years, graduated from Boston University with a degree in economics, is an entrepreneur, U.S. Private Pilot, marathon runner, author, and the father of six children.
