A business associate referred Hampton Products Vice President and Chief Information Officer Brian Millsap to MSA Systems, Inc., a Leading Turnkey Supply Chain Solution provider for Microsoft Dynamics platforms, after Millsap had concluded that a change of software was necessary. Prior to the implementation of the new system, Hampton used a Macola ERP system with a WMS component and internally developed add-on applications. Millsap said, "In only weeks, we have already found that we can do far more with the same size staff managing the warehouse with the new software."

The Hampton warehouse has 100 cross-trained staff members and receives thousands of orders per week. Prior to the cutover to the WMS, compliance, labeling, standards, shipping, consolidation, and other processes were taken care of manually.    Hampton's warehouse procedures once relied heavily on paper slips for the logging in, storage, picking, and shipping of its products. With the cutover to the new system, the warehouse has been printing 85 percent less paper in its shipping processes.
