Prior to joining Carlucci Rosemont, Peggy owned and operated her own event and meeting company, Venue Chicago Event Management, and was founding Sales and Marketing Director for Odyssey Cruises at Chicago's landmark Navy Pier. Her strong service attitude and determination are evident in her designation as 1976 Employee of the Year by Hyatt Regency O'Hare.
