Guest Satisfaction Is Top Priority For National RV Park Of The Year

(Vocus/PRWEB ) May 14, 2009 -- Ocean Lakes Family Campground, a subsidiary of The Jackson Companies, received top marks in the the nation's first consumer satisfaction survey of privately owned campgrounds and RV parks in November, 2008. Today it continues to maintain its 4.7 out of 5 "A" rating. Ocean Lakes was one of only 21 campgrounds and RV resorts around the United States to receive an overall "A" by maintaining a 4.7 out of 5 rating for 2008.
Nearly 13,000 camping and RV enthusiasts participated in the 2008 online survey, which evaluated guest experiences at independent campgrounds and RV resorts affiliated with the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. Consumers are invited to submit reviews of the private campgrounds and RV resorts they recently visited to the GoCamping America Web site. Campgrounds are rated on a variety of categories including overall experience, quality of service, condition of facilities, campsites, rental units, restrooms and amenities. The GuestRated.com national online survey program was launched in February 2008 in collaboration with the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC).
