VarVee Online stats service drives high visibility for underserved high school sports.

VarVee a SaaS high school sports stat reporting company exceeded 1 million page views within 2 months on their Colorado media partners' sites. VarVee delivers to media robust high school sports statistics for syndicated use. VarVee's significant growth in traffic is bolstered by their inclusion of sports data from traditionally underserved high school sports such as lacrosse, golf, soccer, and track & field. Coaches across Colorado use VarVee's software service to record and post their game results and statistics.

In conjunction with generating high site traffic with their media partners VarVee also distributed 70,000 box scores to parents, players, and other media outlets during the same time period. Box scores are emailed automatically after the results of a sporting event are recorded in the VarVee system.

"From the kickoff of the spring sports season the interest online has grown fantastically and created an incredible momentum. We are proud of our continued commitment to high school sports and helping athletes celebrate their achievements." said Ray Dowdle, Chief Operating Officer, VarVee, LLC.

The VarVee service allows visitors on the media website to view robust high school sports statistical information broken down by athletes, teams, and conferences. Not only does the site provide scores, but the most viewed items are the team, conference, and athlete leader boards. Using track & field as an example, there are 38 event leader boards highlighting the efforts of the almost 14,000 track & field high school athletes across Colorado in the VarVee system. "Our statistics show that we had 110,000 page views just over the weekend. It's great to see such a high level of interest." said Mark Eagle, Chief Technology Officer, VarVee, LLC.

VarVee Adds Twitter Capability for Reporting Sports Statistics
VarVee has now expanded their distribution of high school scores to include Twitter. "We want to be flexible in our approach and embrace new media outlets as they occur. Twitter fits with our media strategy in the same way having media partners does. We don't drive people to the VarVee site to view information, we want to provide high school sports statistics where our viewers already are." said Mark Eagle. If you are interested in following the new VarVee Twitter feed, search for varvee on Twitter and sign up to follow the statistics as they are posted.
