Youniverse users reveal passion for romantic comedies in personality test
London, UK (PRWEB) May 16, 2009 -- Everybody knows that a great place to go on a date is the movies. Be it a very first date, a second or third, or even just an evening out with a friend, the cinema is a great place to spent time with someone. Whether it is serious or silly, a horror or a comedy, you can almost guarantee there will be a film for any occasion.
But which genre is the most popular? According to Youniverse users, it is the romantic comedy that comes out on top.
Winning 28% of the votes, romantic comedies prove to be a true favourite for users, action movies coming in second place with 13% and horror in third with just under 9%.
The results were taken from a survey of around 140,000 users of Youniverse, a social discovery website, who took the Youniverse personality quiz in order to build a picture of their VisualDNA, which they can use to compare themselves with other Youniverse users.
To do this, users can take several different types of personality test, with topics covering areas such as art, careers, and dating. For each individual test, users are asked a series of questions, with a selection of images given as answers. Their VisualDNA is formed by the pictures that they answer with.
Youniverse users also have the chance to find their inner romantic, and discover what is most likely to make their heart race in the love test, comparing their results with millions of other users to show how compatible they are with one another.
Youniverse is the social discovery website which defines its users' VisualDNA, enabling them to learn more about themselves and their friends whilst connecting each individual with people that share their interests, aspirations, motivations, emotions and personality.
