Version 1.9 adds the ability to retrieve documents stored in the central CRM system on users mobile devices. With central document support a wMobile customer can enable remote users access to any customer related document on their mobile phone. User can browse documents by type and easily retrieve documents such as customer quotes for viewing on their mobile phone. Since wMobile does not store documents locally but retrieves them on demand from a central server the system overcomes the storage limitations of mobile devices and can deliver the full content of an organizations CRM document repository.
