"There just isn't any question that publishers need to find new ways to be publishers," says Constance Kellough. "Our old role is dying, and a new role is taking shape. We are custodians of content, and we have to make the delivery of this content match the many new ways we access information."
"The first thing I did was start a publisher's blog", says Constance Kellough, "then it was Twitter and Facebook. The opportunities are endless using the internet."
