For the companies that are hiring, finding diverse and intelligent talent is easier than ever. KAS Placement's clients have more of a choice in their applicants as opposed to years past. For each open job, KAS Placement is able to send a diverse amount of qualified representatives. However, surprisingly, these applicants are not all unemployed. "People are becoming less scared to switch jobs. This past winter, an employed person was petrified that they would lose their job by simply conversing with a headhunter. This is changing," says Ken Sundheim.

KAS Placement is currently looking for someone to head up their healthcare division and begin a marketing sector to complement its sales division. "I believe now is a great time to build a team that is set to win as soon as the economy fully recovers," says Ken Sundheim. "Even though this recession continues to roar its ugly head, we're going to stay positive and move forward," says Mr. Sundheim.
