"Around the World in 50 Years 3D" continues the collaboration between nWave Pictures director, Ben Stassen and screenwriter, Domonic Paris, following their work together on "Fly Me to the Moon." Co-producing partner, Illuminata Pictures and its partners', Paris, Gina Gallo, and Mimi Maynard once again serve as producers on the film which has acquired European distribution through Studio Canal. Illuminata's, Paris brokered the domestic theatrical deal with Universal Music Group.

Voice talent includes Anthony Anderson, Ed Begley, Jr, Pat Carroll, Tim Curry, Kathy Griffin, Melanie Griffith, Stacy Keach and Jenny McCarthy.

"Around the World in 50 Years - 3D" taps into the growing cultural awareness around the environment and global warming issues as it follows "Sammy," a tiny sea turtle who searches for love, adventure and his life's purpose in an ever-changing world through a story beginning in 1959 and spanning fifty years.

UMG's Jolene Cherry and Vincent Hubert will produce the soundtrack which will include a wide range of rock and roll and world music from the 1950's to present day.
