The Boston hotel will rename one of their conference rooms in the name of any guest or company that books a 2009 meeting, conference or any special event valuing $25,000. The promotion is open to all group meeting planners as well as any individual seeking the perfect venue for their next successful event. This promotion will run from today until November 30, 2009 and applies to any meeting or overnight room block occurring before December 31, 2009.
The process is simple: A group can book a 2009 special event or overnight room block (or both) at the Embassy Suites Boston for the total amount of $25,000. Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport then names one of their executive suites in the guest or company name.
The renamed conference room name at Embassy Suites Boston will remain in effect until one year after the function ends. The promotion is valid only for new meetings and room blocks and cannot be applied to an existing booking. Embassy Suites reserves the right to approve the name.
