Celebrity Rock Super Group SCRAP METAL announce Jani Lane former lead singer of WARRANT and Janet Gardner former lead singer of the all-girl rock band VIXEN will join them as special guest stars performing at the upcoming SCRAP METAL summer rock concert event at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT on Saturday, June 6, 2009.
Nashville, TN (Billboard Publicity Wire/PRWEB ) May 24, 2009 -- Celebrity Rock Super Group SCRAP METAL announced Jani Lane former lead singer of WARRANT ("Cherry Pie" / "Heaven") and Janet Gardner former lead singer of the all-girl rock band VIXEN ("Cryin" / "Edge of a Broken Heart") will join them as their special guest stars performing at the upcoming SCRAP METAL summer rock concert event at the Mohegan Sun Wolf Den in Uncasville, CT on Saturday, June 6, 2009.
SCRAP METAL, the celebrity rock super group whose members have sold over 50 million records worldwide, stars Gunnar Nelson (NELSON /"After the Rain"); Matthew Nelson (NELSON / "Love and Affection"); and Jimi Jamison former lead singer of Survivor, whose powerful vocal Top 10 hits include "Eye of the Tiger", "I Can't Hold Back", and "High on You". As a solo artist, Jamison is best known for belting out the popular "Baywatch" TV theme song, "I'm Always Here". This 'Rock and Roll Rat Pack' always features the original lead front men from MTV's most popular metal bands of the '80s and '90s.
