The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies Acquires Contractors Employment Services
Specialty Staffing Company Becomes Part of Eastridge’s Contractors & Builders Division
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 29, 2009 -- The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies announces the acquisition of specialty staffing business, Contractors Employment Services (CES), via an asset-based sale for an undisclosed amount effective May 1. With expertise in staffing for commercial, residential and industrial construction clients, CES will integrate into Eastridge’s construction staffing division, Contractors & Builders (C&B), as a result of the asset sale. Former owner of CES, Mike Hodges, now serves in an executive business development capacity for C&B.
