Recently, site founder, Ann Corbett, sat down to talk about her new web venture.

Millstadt, IL (PRWEB) May 30, 2009 -- For many years, Ann Corbett worked for a large corporation that moved her around to several cities in the United States. When Corbett left the company, she decided to start her own business, with a focus that is much closer to her heart.

Corbett's website is one of a comprehensive nature carrying everything from dog products to cat products to horse products.

"I've had pets of all sorts," said Corbett, whose family has a horse farm in a rural area. "I wanted to be able to provide products and services that aren't available in many places."

In addition to having a selection of products, there is also a list of additional pet care resources that are listed on the website.

"When I started thinking about what to have on the site, I thought about the services we couldn't provide but that people still need to have access to," Corbett explained. "By adding these other websites that we could work with, we're able to have much more comprehensive portal."

Another aspect of the e-store is the blog that runs in conjunction with the site.

"The blog opens up additional doors in terms of the getting the information about pet care out to people," Corbett said of www.DoggieBlogged.com.

Corbett hopes that through the comments section, she'll be able to have an open dialogue with other animal enthusiasts about the various techniques of care for their four-legged, winged or gilled friends and hopes to allow customers to "ask the animals" by utilizing a Q&A format from the animals' perspective.

Clearly a break from a fast paced corporate position, her new role at the helm of PetProductsInc.net allows her to have a business that is sure to leave her clients' tails wagging happily.
