RealManage announced today that it has developed an extensive employee training initiative through the creation of RealManage University, a program designed to enhance its training efforts of both new and current employees.

"Our operating philosophy is 'Best People, Best Practices and Best Technology'" said Monte Irion, the company's chief process officer. "The RealManage University program is one more training tool we are offering our employees to ensure they are kept current on all of our process and technology enhancements. These additional tools have allowed us to reach our expanding employee base as we have grown and evolved."

In addition to the RealManage University, RealManage also has a searchable, wiki-based knowledge management system dubbed RealKnowledge that contains thousands of pages and attachments so that employees can quickly and easily access information on nearly any topic of interest -- and add their own insight due to its collaborative structure. The company also hosts a series of weekly training webinars for all employees to enhance communication and training.
