New York (PRWEB) June 2, 2009
Mixing Bowl has launched the $10,000 Challenge for any member who starts the most active new group on the social networking site. MixingBowl.com launched earlier this year under the Better Homes and Gardens Network, a part of the Meredith Women's Network.
The online contest winner will be the entrant who starts the most active new group between May 8, 2009, and June 30, 2009, determined by Meredith Corporation of 11:59 CT on June 30, 2009 using the following criteria: number of Mixing Bowl members in the group (40%); number of recipes uploaded into the group by group members (recipes added to the Group as a result of being "shared" from another Mixing Bowl group will not be counted) (40%); number of photos uploaded into the Photo section of group (photos submitted with recipes will not be included) (10%); and number of discussion posts in the group (new discussion post or reply to a previous post) (10%).
Each recipe, member, photo, discussion post and reply must be unique. Duplicate submissions will not be counted. In the event of a tie, the entrant among the tied entrants whose group has the highest number of uploaded recipes will be the winner. Only the one individual who creates the winning Group may be selected as the winner. For more details, click on $10,000 Mixing Bowl Challenge official contest rules.
A second contest, the Mixing Bowl Master Mixer Challenge will run from June 1 to July 31, 2009. It will feature $10,000 in total prizes, with five $2,000 winners for the most active Mixing Bowl members.
