Cleaning Technologies Group LLC has launched a sales, support and parts washers manufacturing operation in Suzhou, China. The Suzhou facility is now manufacturing both Ransohoff and Blackstone-NEY parts washers to be sold in the high growth Asian markets. The fully equipped technical center is capable of performing high level cleanliness analysis and process development.
(PRWEB) June 5, 2009 -- Cleaning Technologies Group LLC (CTG LLC) has launched a sales, support and parts washers manufacturing operation in Suzhou, China. The Suzhou facility of CTG Asia utilizes both local and US staffing, allowing it to provide superb customer support and technical product knowledge in the ever important Asian markets.
The new facility in Suzhou houses a state of the art Technical Center, including a Clean Room with all instrumentation required for high level cleanliness analysis and Process Development and Verification. A variety of standard parts washers are available in the Technical Center for parts testing and customer demonstrations.
Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics and Ransohoff, both divisions of CTG, are currently manufacturing products at the Suzhou facility. Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics is producing precision ultrasonic cleaning systems and passivation systems which are used in the semiconductor, medical, and electronics industries. Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics also offers a full line of Megasonic products which are available to the Asian market. Ransohoff has several standard platform, small footprint, Lean parts washers in production, for sale in Asia. Ransohoff has solutions for the increasingly stringent cleanliness requirements set forth for Off-Road, Automotive, and Aircraft engine cleaning. In addition, Ransohoff offers a full line of oil removal and waste water treatment equipment to provide solutions for recycling and reuse of washer fluids.
