The PROPHIX Customer of the Year Award program was launched in 2007. It rewards customers that show support in various ways, including participating in case studies, being customer references, and speaking at trade shows and conferences. For this, customers receive PROPHIX Loyalty Points that can be redeemed for various rewards. The Customer of the Year Award is presented to the customer who receives the most loyalty points.
The 2009 Customer of the Year Award was presented to Harvey Farrington of Imdex Limited (Imdex). Imdex is a Western Australian company (ASK:IMD) which provides drilling fluids and leading down hole instrumentation to the mining, oil and gas, water well and civil engineering industries worldwide.
