Hastings Hires New Senior Applications Engineer
Hastings Manufacturing Company, LLC, a nearly 100-year-old American manufacturer of piston rings, announced the hiring of Paul Garzelloni, senior applications engineer.
HASTINGS, MI (PRWEB) June 5, 2009 -- Hastings Manufacturing Company, LLC, a nearly 100-year-old American manufacturer of piston rings, announced the hiring of Paul Garzelloni, senior applications engineer.
"I am especially pleased to announce that Paul Garzelloni is joining the Hastings' engineering department as a senior applications engineer," said Ira Rosenberg, director of engineering. "Paul was hired to support the growth in service of our OEM customer accounts. He joins us from Mahle Engine Components where he held the position of senior applications engineer over the past twelve years."
Paul has thirty years experience in the areas of piston ring design, process and applications engineering. He began his career in 1979 with Muskegon Piston Ring Co. now Goetze®, owned by Federal-Mogul, and then worked for Sealed Power Corporation, which was subsequently purchased by Dana Corporation (Perfect Circle®) and more recently Mahle. Paul holds a BBA degree from Grand Valley State University.
Hastings Manufacturing Company, LLC designs and manufactures piston rings for the worldwide engine manufacturing and remanufacturing industries. Hastings holds TS16949 and ISO14001 registrations, and is an approved piston ring supplier to OEMs including those in aviation, compressors, agriculture, automotive, and other industries.
