Stroman Attends NAR's Real Estate Summit
Wayne A. Stroman, CIPS, President and Broker of Stroman Realty, Inc. attended the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) annual Real Estate Summit in Washington, DC during the week of May 11, 2009. Mr. Stroman sits on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® as well as the Texas Association of REALTORS®.

Stroman, CIPS, President and Broker of Stroman Realty, Inc. attended the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) annual Real Estate Summit in Washington, DC during the week of May 11, 2009. Thousands of REALTORS® from all over the country were in attendance for NAR's Mid-Year Legislative Meetings.
With real estate and mortgage finance issues so critical to our country's economic recovery, among those in attendance were economists, academic leaders, opinion leaders, members of the media and current and former government officials. Among the keynote speakers, see pictures here were Patrick Buchanan, political commentator; U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Shaun Donovan; Dr. Alan Greenspan; former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board; and Dr. Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor.
"Never has it been so important to the restoration of our economy that current and former government officials exchange meaningful discussion with those on the front lines - the REALTORS® -- for the regeneration of this nation's real estate markets," Stroman said. "This interaction was vitally important to the success of the recovery."
