NetSuite's SuiteCloud Powers Epiphany's New On-Demand Software For Warranty, Maintenance, Contract And Renewal Automation

Solution Provider and SuiteCloud Developer Network partner, today announced the availability of eContracts, a solution within NetSuite that automates easy tracking of warranties, maintenance contracts and renewals, as well as software license and renewal management. In NetSuite, contracts and software licenses are easily created directly from the NetSuite sales order, eliminating duplicate data entry and time-consuming management of multiple applications or spreadsheets. In addition, eContracts offers full visibility into unified customer records, which results in more efficient and highly personalized sales and service.
