Survey Software Gets Increased Use During Times of Uncertainty

Survey responses at Vovici up 263% year over year

Dulles, VA (PRWEB) June 8, 2009 -- Nothing can make the information in a survey out of date so quickly as constantly changing economic news. "Driven by the need to understand the changing requirements of customers, employees and suppliers, Vovici's hosted clients increased their collection of survey responses by 62% in October compared to August 2008," said Roderick Morris, senior vice president of marketing and operations at Vovici. "As economic conditions continued to deteriorate, the increased surveying on the part of our clients continued, reaching a year-over-year peak in March 2009, which had a 263% increase from March 2008."

Obtaining customer feedback and building customer loyalty is always valuable, but grows in importance in times of turmoil. "We saw a similar uptick in survey activity throughout the economic and political changes of 2000 and 2001," reported Jeffrey Henning, founder and chief strategy officer of Vovici.
