RC Web Store Debuts New Blog
YourControlSite.com is one of the most comprehensive websites for RC hobbyists at the moment. This notion has expanded further as a new blog (RCProductsGuru.com) has been added to the site recently.
Marlborough, MA (PRWEB) June 7, 2009 -- For many years, Malcolm de Mare's interest and fascination in radio controlled (RC) vehicles remained just that, an interest and a fascination. In the last few years, however, de Mare's fascination has grown into a full fledged hobby and, more recently, is the focus of his web store, www.YourControlSite.com.
"Once I got the store going, I realized that there were aspects of my education that transferred over to the technical side of being an RC hobbyist," said de Mare, who started the website in December 2008.
Since its inception, Your Control Site has become one of the leading e-stores for radio control airplanes, radio control boats, radio control helicopters and radio control cars. And de Mare doesn't plan to stop where he's at now.
"I'm going to expand my lines of planes, helicopters and cars," he said. "I'm also gauging on what people are interested in."
De Mare says that he's doing this through his new informational blog, www.RCProductsGuru.com, which serve as both a way to communicate with other enthusiasts.
"The blog is a way to talk about the different controlling techniques and post information about races in different places and it will represent the overall enjoyment," de Mare explained.
While many hobby stores or toy stores only have a fraction of what Your Control Site has, de Mare's dedication to having a well-stocked website shows that he's fully committed to the hobby that he's long had a passion for.
"I try to have pricing that is competitive and lower than most places, but at the end of the day, it's about getting together with some friends, racing some cars and having a good time," he said.
