Recruiters can post jobs free on new job search site.

Plymouth, MA based which officially launched on May 11th, 2009 announced that it had over 7000 job postings in their first month. A spokesperson for LotsofJobs said that they attribute the interest in the job board to the web site's ease of use and the fact that recruiters and employers are searching out ways to reduce hiring costs. Some companies are posting more than 10 jobs per day on the site while the average is closer to 3 job postings per recruiter per day.

Corporations and Recruiters can now quickly post jobs free and job search candidates can post resumes free. While most employment, career and job search sites ask for a credit card and typically charge over $100 per job posting, http://www.LotsofJobs.Net offers the same services for free. They are encouraging employers and job applicants to post their jobs and resumes on the site to become part of the historical launch of what will likely become the largest free job posting and job search web site in the world.

A quick review of the site showed many job postings for receptionist jobs, sales jobs and jobs in hot career areas such as web site development and healthcare jobs. Two other job posting categories well represented were manager jobs in the service sector and engineer jobs in manufacturing and technology. It makes sense that many postings on the site were in the largest metropolitan areas, with New York jobs and California jobs being well represented. The company expects to start seeing more and more government jobs at the local, state and federal level as they start to focus their efforts on helping all levels of government reduce hiring costs.
