Largest US healthcare IT association focused on IT names Mac McMillan to strategic committee

The charter of the committee is to provide oversight and strategic direction for HIMSS projects, policies and other matters relating to privacy and security issues associated with the exchange and storage of electronic health information. McMillan relinquishes his position as the Chairperson of the HIMSS Information Systems Security Work Group (ISSWG) to assume this new role but will continue to work closely with that group.
