Advanced Professional Solutions (APS) and Shirlaws (UK) are planning to run a series of seminars designed to encourage professional services firms to thrive despite the recession.

In a difficult economic climate, business challenges and the need to make important decisions do not subside but the importance of making the correct choices increases in prominence. These seminars are aimed at senior partners who want to tap into the expertise of Shirlaws (UK) and are eager to prepare their businesses for the next upward moving business cycle.

The UK's top tier professional services firms and their senior partners are to be invited to a series of 'open access' business strategy seminars at the Institute of Directors (IoD). The seminars are being run by Advanced Professional Solutions (APS) and Shirlaws (UK) and will discuss:

  •     How to achieve your business vision through an economic downturn
  •     What are your growth strategies and when do you apply them
  •     How to improve the efficiency of your resources to support growth
  •     How to manage your business through its business life cycle
