Idhasoft Establishes European Headquarters In Switzerland

Acquisition of SUMITS is first step in ambitious European expansion

Mumbai, India (PRWEB) June 18, 2009 -- Idhasoft announced today that they have acquired SUMITS AG, an IT Strategy and SAP consulting company with operations in Switzerland and Germany. The company brings a strong focus on SAP for Retail, with all of its team having previously worked for SAP Retail Solutions or SAP AG, Walldorf. SUMITS' expertise represents a significant enhancement for Idhasoft's industry vertical portfolio.

Christof Anderi, a founder and former CEO of SUMITS, previously led SAP's Retail Consulting in Switzerland. Anderi will lead the company's SAP Retail initiatives and also serve as President and COO of Idhasoft's European business, to be based in Zug, Switzerland.
