Prior to joining Bennett Group Financial Services, Mr. Rogers, 53, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for the nation's second largest independent broker dealer network, the Advisor Group, for the past five years. Concurrently, he managed the broker dealer network's Investment Advisory business, assisting its growth from $28 billion to $42 billion of assets under management over a period of three years. From 2000 to 2004, his focus was on financial product and distribution development in Japan, China, India and most of Western Europe.

His first twenty-two years in the financial field were spent at Nuveen Investments in a variety of responsibilities in Unit Investment Trust and Exchange Traded Funds product and service development.
