Branson Isn’t Just Country Anymore
Bill Medley and Paul Revere have Branson rocking and rolling.
(Vocus/PRWEB ) June 18, 2009 -- Branson’s exciting and varied music show scene is rocking and rolling more than ever for the 2009 season. Legendary performing artist, Righteous Brothers’ Bill Medley with Paul Revere and the Raiders bring an exciting infusion of their powerful mix of “blue-eyed soul”, old-time rock-n-roll, and rhythm and blues to the center of the famous Branson Strip as they move to the Andy Williams Moon River Theatre in 2009.
When Bill Medley and Paul Revere and the Raiders came to Branson they brought a nationally recognized level of rock and roll era entertainment to the Branson music scene. Millions of people are familiar with the songs made famous by the Righteous Brothers’ duo of Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield and the famous American rock band Paul Revere and the Raiders.
How many haven’t heard or danced to a number one hit of the Grammy Award winning Righteous Brothers such as “Unchained Melody,” “You’ve Lost that Lovin’ Feelin’” and “You’re My Soul and Inspiration” ? Paul Revere and the Raiders hits include “Just Like Me,” “Hungry,” “Kicks” and “Indian Reservation.” Now visitors to Branson can both experience the performance of these music legends and meet them personally for an autograph or picture after the show.
In addition, Branson audiences will experience a special musical performance as Bill’s daughter McKenna performs with him. Their tribute to Bobby Hatfield, who was the second half of the Righteous Brothers musical duo until his untimely death in 2003, is both moving and touching.
Righteous Brothers’ Bill Medley with Paul Revere and the Raiders will be appearing at the Andy Williams Moon River Theatre through October 24. Tickets to the show, along with complete vacation packages, are available from the Branson Tourism Center.
Bill Medley said, “Visit our friends at Branson Tourism Center. They can get you great seats to our show as well as most of the other great shows in Branson. They sell more theater seats in Branson than anyone and really take care of their customers.”
