Strategy with Passion - a Business Radio Program to Energize Business Leaders and Managers
Program hosted by Christine MacNulty and Dr. Stephen Woodall launched May 29, 2009 on the VoiceAmerica Business Channel
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) June 18, 2009 -- Successful leaders have passion for what they do. In the course of this program they talk about their passion - why it's important, how to generate it, and how to apply it. Hosts, Christine MacNulty and Dr. Stephen Woodall discuss the leaders' principles, and synthesize the lessons learned.
This radio program is about successful leaders who have clear visions, measurable goals and, above all, passion for what they are doing. They don't pay lip-service to strategy, they live it and breathe it. It provides the under-pinning to all their decision making - both short and long term.
These passionate leaders of many different kinds of successful organizations share their ideas and beliefs, especially those related to an understanding of the importance of visions, values, leadership philosophy, strategic thinking and planning, measures of effectiveness and performance, effective communications, personal energy management, team-building and more.
MacNulty and Woodall discuss the lessons learned from their guests, and in doing so highlight the methods they use in strategic planning.
Three programs have been aired so far, with three illustrious guests -- Tim Holden, former Commodore of NSWG1 (otherwise known as the Navy SEALs); retired VADM Pat Tracey, the first female Vice Admiral in the Navy, and now VP at EDS, and Deb Grubbe, former VP for Safety for BP, and now an entrepreneur founder and president of Operations and Safety Solutions, LLC. On June 19, the program will have Bill Parker, a retired Minister-Counselor from the State Department, and now VP for International Affairs for 21st Century Systems, who is an expert in communications.
Many more interesting people are to be interviewed between now and August 28, including a very special guest on July 10. In addition, two of the programs will be devoted to the methods and techniques that MacNulty and Woodall use in their strategic planning business.
