IMULAN and ONCURA Establish New Cancer Program
New Cancer Program is Established in Comparative Oncology between IMULAN BioTherapeutics and Oncura Partners.
St. Joseph, MO (PRWEB) June 19, 2009 -- Imulan BioTherapeutics, LLC (IMULAN) and Oncura Partners announced formation of a personalized cancer program aimed at creating a patient specific approach to tumors. IMULAN's is using their apSTAR laser technology, for Autologous Patient Specific Tumor Antigen Response, to create a network of apSTAR centers. apSTAR works by stimulating a patient specific response against tumor cells, thereby creating tumor immunity and improving the rate of primary and metastatic regression. IMULAN recently licensed the global veterinary rights to apSTAR from ImmunoPhotonics, Inc, leading to the creation of IMULAN's new division, Veterinary Cancer Therapeutics (www.VetCancer.com).
