Bike to Work Day in Boulder, Colorado Gets Kicked Up a Notch

Bike to work day in Boulder will be held on June 24th. In addition to companies giving away free breakfasts; the Boulder Vitamin Cottage will be handing out complimentary full sized samples that people can take home with them. Samples include Simply Boulder Culinary Sauces, Kind Bars, Honest Tea, and Eldorado Water.

Boulder, Colorado (Vocus/PRWEB ) June 19, 2009 -- Bike to work day in Boulder is June 24th between the hours of 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM. There will be over 40 breakfast stations where people commuting on bikes can stop to grab a free breakfast. One of the many breakfast stations is the Vitamin Cottage on Pearl Street. This year they’re going a step further by giving bicyclists things they can take with them. Besides offering breakfast, the Boulder Vitamin Cottage is teaming up with several natural and organic food manufactures to give people complimentary full size samples of natural and organic food products.

I'm really looking forward to participating in bike to work day this year.

In the past most breakfast stations only gave a way breakfast or did a service such as a bike tune up. I think it's going to be fun giving people things that they can actually take back home with them.

The Boulder Vitamin Cottage will start handing out free samples at 7:00 AM on June 24th. Last year they counted approximately 450 participants and they expect even more people this year.
