SkiStar, the largest owner and operator of alpine ski destinations in Sweden and Norway, is now delivering highly personalised, targeted and automated multi-channel customer communications to improve its customer experience and increase the number of skiers headed to its slopes.

Portrait Campaign Manager enables SkiStar to deepen the customer relationship through highly relevant, timely and individualised communication and offers, irrespective of which destination they choose or which channel they use, e.g. SMS, web, mobile phones, email, direct mail or in-person. Additionally, SkiStar will more effectively manage visitor numbers at each destination through personalised incentive offers that will drive skiers to specific destinations.

SkiStar currently claims 41% of the Scandinavian ski-pass market, running five of the region's most popular ski destinations. The company has experienced rapid growth in recent years with the acquisition of several destinations in Sweden and Norway.
