Tactical Gear's Website Celebrates its One Year Anniversary with New Blog and Products
A year ago, RogueElite.net went through a major facelift and since then, it's been able to keep up and have a stock of tactical gear that most stores could only dream of carrying. Recently adding a new blog, the site's founder sat down to talk about the changes in the e-store.
Drexel Hill, PA (PRWEB) June 20, 2009 -- For hunting and firearm enthusiasts, the sporting goods store is typically the only place that they have to purchase the items they need for a successful trip to the woods or the range. This shopping experience can be limiting at best. Luckily, the internet has provided people with a plethora of websites, one of which is www.RogueElite.net.
RogueElite.net is a website that specializes in tactical gear, tactical clothing, gun cleaning supplies and a host of other items that would shame most sporting goods outlets.
"I have experience at firing ranges and training facilities," began James Young. "It was natural that I build my business around an industry that I've spent a lot of time in."
Young is the proprietor of Rogue Elite and helms the website's day-to-day operations, which includes its evolving catalog.
"We're always adding new products," he said. "I probably put up about 20-50 new products a month."
The products range for all things tactical, such as field jackets, slings and gun safes.
The site originally began in August 2006 and experienced a major overhaul in June 2008.
"It was a new beginning for us," said Young. "Since we've revamped Rogue Elite, it's been like running a whole new web store."
For version 2.0, Young and RogueElite.net have been celebrating its one year anniversary with the launch of a new coordinating blog, www.RogueEliteInfo.com.
Though for some people, the concepts of blogging is simply of a personal nature, Young hopes to use his experience in the tactical gear industry to direct people to more prudent topics regarding some of the items that are featured on his site.
"People need to know how durable the products are and we're going to reassure them by reviewing them ourselves," he explained. "We're going to emphasize how reliable these items are; these are things that people need to know before going to a firing range, training or hunting."
With the new blog, RogueElite.net is going above and beyond any sporting goods store or big box retailer and is able to successfully show consumers that there are no limitations to their hobby and lifestyles.
